CCB Coast to Coast
We are proud to offer CCB Coast to Coast, a program that allows clients living near one of our branches to store and pick-up specimens locally. Save time and money by transferring your vials to the branch nearest you - New York, Boston, or San Francisco. Purchase Family Today or Family Tomorrow and CCB will waive the regular $150 transfer fee. For those who don't live in one of our branch metro areas, we continue to offer FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipping with 24 hour tracking and email-notification services.
Please allow up to 7 business days for local access to your purchased vials. Also note that you will need to schedule a pick-up of your vials after they have arrived locally by calling 866-927-9622. Due to the delicate nature of cryogenic storage and transport, we will not be able to accommodate unscheduled, walk-in requests.

Express Yourself
Introducing CCB's newest and most original donor information item yet! Express Yourself presents each donor with a blank piece of paper and the opportunity to present "who" he is in any form that best suits his personality. You'll find original poetry, songs, essays, photographs, drawings, recipes, and anything else a donor can imagine to express his inner-self. It is a fascinating way to get to know a donor like never before. The more of them you read, the more unique and interesting your favorite donors become. Express Yourself is included in both the Level II (The Essentials) and Level III (Full Access) subscription options (online viewing only). If you prefer to purchase Express Yourself for individual donors, they may be ordered and downloaded from the Donor Information Center a la cart menu. Please note that Express Yourself is not available for all donors.
Childhood Photo(s)
Think Baby Photos are cute and helpful in selecting your donor? Wait until you see California Cryobank's new Childhood Photo(s) featuring multiple photos of each donor from ages 6 months to 12 years old. Sign up for a Level II (The Essentials) or Level III (Full Access) Donor Information Subscription and gain immediate access to a series of up to 3 different Childhood Photos for each donor (online viewing only). If you prefer to purchase and download photos for individual donors, you may do so from the Donor Information Center a la cart menu. Individual purchases of Childhood Photo(s) will include all available photos at no extra charge. Please note that donors with Childhood Photo(s) may have 1-3 photos available depending on what the donor has provided to CCB. Childhood Photo(s) is not available for all donors.
Donor Search Update
To help our clients better visualize the donors, CCB has updated how we classify complexion (skin tone). All donors are now classified relative to their Ancestry rather than a universal scale using Caucasian as a baseline. Please contact our Client Services Team at 866-927-9622 with any questions.

California Cryobank New York
California Cryobank has a new home in the Big Apple!
Formerly Park Avenue Fertility, CCBNY has recently moved into our new 4,000 square foot facility located on Lexington Avenue, one block south of Grand Central Station. California Cryobank is the first national sperm bank to offer local services in both Los Angeles and New York - the country's two largest markets for reproductive medicine. Our New York branch allows residents of the tri-state area convenient access to our Directed Donor, Client Depositor, and Andrology Services. Beginning Spring 2011 anonymous Donor Semen clients will also be able to store and pick-up their purchased vials, avoiding expensive shipping fees and potential shipping delays caused by inclement weather and Federal Express equipment failure.
FREE Donor Medical Histories
California Cryobank now offers FREE Donor Medical Histories. The new Medical History is a summary grid of three generations of the donor's family medical history. Prior to the Medical History, this information was only available with the purchase of the Extended Donor Profile. To download the Medical History, you have to log in or open a free online account. Family Today & Family Tomorrow
CCB now offers two new family planning programs to help meet each client's needs.
Family Today is designed for those primarily focused on their family's immediate future and offers 1 year of free storage with the purchase of five or more vials. While it may not take six vials, national averages range from 3-4 insemination cycles per successful pregnancy. The only way to guarantee your donor will be available is to plan ahead. Family Today protects your future opportunities without you having to worry about storage fees.
Family Tomorrow is designed for those already thinking about additional children down the road and provides 3 years of free storage with the purchase of 10 or more vials. We currently have over 100 clients anxiously hoping for another child, but are unable to get started because their donor is retired and/or sold out. If you are at all considering having more children, Family Tomorrow is the only way to guarantee your donor will still be available.
Donors of the Month Club
CCB is thrilled to introduce the Donors of the Month Club! The Donors of the Month Club will present a new list of great donors each month in a variety of fun and interesting categories, featuring FREE peeks at their baby photos and special Up Close and Personal profiles. Vial Buy Back Program
California Cryobank (CCB) clients can now purchase multiple vials knowing you may have future options. CCB now offers a vial Buy-Back Program for clients who purchase and store vials at CCB. Vials purchased on or after April 1, 2005 may be eligible for the Buy-Back program. Other restrictions and limitations apply.
Vial Exchange Program
CCB clients can purchase multiple vials knowing that the vials may be exchanged for those of another available donor. Vials purchased on or after April 1, 2005 may be eligible for the Vial Exchange Program. Vials must be purchased and stored at CCB, and never leave the premises. Certain restrictions and limitations apply.
